Judy Hoyer Centers are comprehensive, community based programs that offer a full range of services to young children and families. The intent is, by working together as a community, we will provide early education services to children birth through 5 years of age to ensure they enter school ready to learn.

BCCCRC operates in two Judy Hoyer Centers: one located at Moravia Park Elementary School and the other at John Eager Howard Elementary School. As a partner of the Judy Hoyer Center, BCCCRC is able to offer a unique opportunity for child care providers to attend trainings, network with other providers and receive technical assistance. To join the Judy Hoyer Center partnership, child care providers must reside in one of the following zip codes: 21206, 21213, 21215, 21216 or 21217.
