Baltimore City Child Care Resource Center (BCCCRC), a program of Maryland Family Network, serves as the hub for issues relating to the care and education of young children in the City of Baltimore. BCCCRC is a private, non-profit organization, a member agency of the Maryland Child Care Resource Network, and serves parents, child care providers, the business community and others who are interested in early care and education. BCCCRC is committed to providing leadership and services to improve the quality, accessibility and affordability of child care in Baltimore City.

MSDE/OCC Required Trainings
Reminder….If you have not completed the newly required trainings register today!

  • Supporting Breastfeeding in Child Care – Required for all programs, family and center based, who care for infants and toddlers.
  • Including All Children and the Americans with Disabilities Act – Required for all family child care providers and directors, assistant directors and teachers in child care centers.
  • On Track: All Aboard for Developmental Progress Overview – Required for all programs, family and center based, conducting developmental screenings.
  • Medication Administration – In addition to the requirement for center staff all family child care providers are now required to complete the Medication training.

Inclement Weather Policy

BCCCRC'S Resource Room is available to child care professionals and community. The room is filled with materials including die-cuts, poster boards, felt material, and two laminators all available at a very nominal cost. Please call 410-685-5150, ext. 258 or 269 to set up your time to come in and use the Resource Room.
